IEB includes 6 new regional directors

CHUCK HALL
UAW Region 1

Hall is the newly elected director of Region 1, which covers Huron, Lapeer, Macomb, Oakland, St. Clair, Sanilac, Tuscola and part of Wayne (including a portion of Detroit) Michigan counties. Region 1 also includes the UAW’s Canadian local unions.

NORWOOD JEWELL
UAW Region 1C

Jewell, elected to his first term, is Region 1C director. The region covers 11 counties in south-central Michigan, including the cities of Flint, Lansing and Jackson.

GERALD KARIEM
UAW Region 1D

Kariem is the newly elected director of Region 1D, which comprises 62 counties that span western, central and northern Michigan and the Upper Peninsula. The region includes the cities of Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Traverse City, Saginaw, Muskegon, Benton Harbor, St. Joseph, Escanaba and Marquette.

RON MC INROY
UAW Region 4

McInroy, elected to his first term, will direct Region 4, covering the north-central states of Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, South
Dakota, Wyoming and Montana.

SCOTT ADAMS
UAW Region 9

Adams, elected to his first term, will direct Region 9, covering western and central New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania (excluding the counties of Franklin, Cumberland, Adams and York).

JULIE KUSHNER
UAW Region 9A

Kushner, elected to her first term, is director of Region 9A and the region’s first woman to hold the position. The region covers New York (including the New York City metropolitan area, the Hudson Valley and the Capital District area), Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine and Puerto Rico.
