Region 1
Workers at Savair in Chesterfield, Mich., voted 54-23 for UAW representation on Aug. 14. The 79 workers assemble welding guns for the Big Three and various independents, parts and suppliers.
Region 1C
U.S. Threads in De Witt, Mich., won card-check recognition July 15. The five-member unit does embroidery for various unions.
Region 2B
Thirty workers at TDE Inc. in Solon, Ohio, who
make zinc and aluminum die castings for various industrial
applications, voted 15-11 for the UAW on Sept. 27.
