NLRB’s Leonard Page eyes better enforcement
National Labor Relations Board General Counsel Leonard Page wants to strengthen enforcement of the nation’s labor law by fully compensating unlawfully discharged workers for losses such as the loss of a car or house. Page also plans to push for daily compounding of interest on monetary awards. Page formerly worked in the UAW Legal Department.
