UAW Local 3303 in Butler, Pa., partnered with the United Way of Butler County and the Butler County United Labor Council earlier this year to present an unemployment workshop for local community members.

The workshop, “What to Do When the Paycheck Stops,” featured guest speakers who reviewed changes to the unemployment laws and discussed programs and services to those in need. UAW Local 3303 chaplains participated by offering counseling and a sympathetic ear on issues surrounding layoffs and unemployment in Butler County.
