Public Review Board
This site provides access to decisions issued by the Public Review Board (PRB). The PRB was established pursuant to Article 32, §1, of the Constitution of the International Union, United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America, (UAW). The PRB, jointly with the Convention Appeals Committee (CAC), acts as final appellate authority under the internal remedial procedures provided by the Constitution.

UAW Region 1A
Region 1A covers most of Wayne County, Mich., (including part of Detroit), Monroe County and Washtenaw County, and extends to the Ohio border. The approximately 150,000 active and retired members in Region 1A come from Ford, General Motors, DaimlerChrysler, AutoAlliance, Michigan health care facilities, state and county offices and facilities and other workplaces.

UAW Region 1C
Region 1C is made up of over 46,000 active and 54,000 retired members in Flint, Lansing, Adrian, Jackson and Battle Creek, Mich. Region 1C is home of the union’s first major organizing victory -- the result of the Flint sit-down strike against General Motors in 1936-1937. In addition to auto workers, the region includes child care workers, health care workers, television and credit union workers, state and county workers, fire fighters, police officers and EMS drivers. Today’s Region 1C members proudly carry on their rich tradition of community service and political activism.

UAW Region 8
Region 8 comprises nearly 200 local unions in 12 states (Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Maryland, Delaware and the following counties of Pennsylvania: Franklin, Cumberland, Adams and York) and the District of Columbia The 60,000 UAW members in Region 8 work in manufacturing, state governments, agriculture and office buildings. They build many of the vehicles you drive, the planes you ride in, package the food you eat and handle the professional documents you need.
