The UAW and Mack Truck have agreed to extend the terms of the existing Master Agreement and all local supplemental agreements on a day-to-day basis.
These agreements had been scheduled to expire at 11:59 p.m. on Dec. 14, 2007. This extension will allow us to continue our talks, and both the UAW and Mack remain committed to working toward the successful conclusion of negotiations.
